Our Policy for Remaining Materials
At Moments we understand that the materials you entrust to us, whether ashes, hair, fur, or another inclusion, are of immeasurable worth. That is why we store all remaining materials for an unlimited period of time. This gives you several important reassurances:
- A further piece: At any point in the future you may commission an additional piece of memorial jewellery that carries the same personal significance as the first.
- Replacement if lost: Should a piece ever be lost, we can create a replacement quickly and without difficulty, using the same materials already in our care.
Return of Materials
Should you wish to have the remaining materials returned to you, this service is provided at no charge. Please simply note your request at the time of ordering and we will ensure that your precious keepsakes are returned to you safely and intact.
